Its non-sticky texture makes traditional oiling easier to include in a regular routine without leaving the scalp and hair feeling excessively heavy.

Before applying: Use on dry hair and scalp before shampooing.
Step 1 — Dispense the Oil
Pour an appropriate amount of Roots & Shoots Growth Oil into your palm or a small bowl.
You may warm it slightly between your palms or place the closed bottle in warm water. Do not overheat the oil or apply it when hot.
Step 2 — Section the Hair
Divide the hair into small sections so the scalp is easy to reach.
This helps distribute the oil evenly instead of applying too much product to only one area.
Step 3 — Apply to the Scalp
Apply the oil directly across the scalp, focusing on the roots and areas that feel dry or require additional nourishment.
Use a moderate amount. The scalp should be evenly coated without being oversaturated.
Step 4 — Massage Gently
Massage the scalp with your fingertips using gentle circular movements for approximately 3–5 minutes.
Do not scratch with your nails or massage aggressively. Gentle massage helps spread the oil evenly across the scalp.
Step 5 — Apply Through the Lengths
Distribute the remaining oil through the mid-lengths and ends.
Focus additional product on dry, dull, rough or breakage-prone areas. Avoid rubbing or twisting the hair tightly.
Step 6 — Leave It On
Leave the oil on for 1–3 hours before washing.
There is no need to leave it on overnight unless your scalp and hair tolerate overnight oiling comfortably.
Step 7 — Shampoo Thoroughly
Rinse with water and cleanse thoroughly with shampoo.
A second shampoo cleanse may be used when needed to remove remaining oil. Follow with conditioner on the lengths.
Step 8 — Use Consistently
Use 2–3 times a week as part of your regular pre-wash routine.
