- Processing Time : Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 business hours after purchase confirmation.
- Delivery Times : Depending on your location, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery. Tier 1 cities may receive orders sooner.
- Shipping Charges : We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2000. For orders below this amount, a standard flat fee will be applied at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged that inhibits you from using the product or contains the wrong products, please follow these steps:
