At Imperfekt, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the personal nature of hair care, we only accept returns under specific conditions to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.
- Eligibility : Returns are only accepted for products that are received in a damaged condition where product is not usable or are incorrect items.
- Timeframe : You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Condition : The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all seals intact.
