Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your Imperfekt hair care essentials as quickly and safely as possible. Currently, we ship across India from our base in Jaipur.
  • Processing Time : Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 business hours after purchase confirmation.
  • Delivery Times : Depending on your location, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery. Tier 1 cities may receive orders sooner.
  • Shipping Charges : We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a standard flat fee will be applied at checkout.
  • Tracking : Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking ID and the name of our courier partner.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our guidelines for order cancellations below :
  • Before Dispatch : You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it for a full refund. Please contact us immediately at hello@imperfekt.com.
  • After Dispatch : Once an order has been handed over to our delivery partner, we cannot accept cancellations.
  • Partial Cancellations : If your order contains multiple items, you may cancel individual items before they are processed for shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or contains the wrong products, please follow these steps:
  • Notify our team within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  • Share a clear unboxing video and photos of the damaged items at hello@imperfekt.com.
  • Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you immediately.
