Return Policy
At Imperfekt, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the personal nature of hair care, we only accept returns under specific conditions to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.
- Eligibility : Returns are only accepted for products that are received in a damaged condition, have missing parts, or are incorrect items.
- Timeframe : You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Condition : The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all seals intact.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team in Jaipur, we will process your refund :
- Approval : We will notify you via email if your refund is approved or rejected based on the condition of the returned item.
- Method : Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Account).
- Timeline : Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Replacement Policy
If you received a defective or damaged product, we are happy to offer a free replacement.
- Process : Send an email to hello@imperfekt.com with your order number and a clear unboxing video showing the damage.
- Shipping : We will arrange a reverse pickup for the damaged item and dispatch your new replacement at no extra cost.
